This is a fan blog collecting recipes from Sakamoto Masayuki’s “One Dish” corner on “Non-Stop.” I translate all the recipes myself from TV or from the magazine, “ESSE.” In other words, this blog combines two of my favourite things in this world: idols and food — two great tastes that taste great together! I’m not a cook, I’m just a fangirl who really likes food, so my explanations may not always be standard cookbook vernacular.
I’m always happy to answer questions about the recipes and/or about V6 (especially Sakamoto), and anything of that kind. If you have something you want to see translated, ask nicely and I’ll do my best to get it done (though the lack of access to some of the ingredients makes it hard for me to test out a good few of these recipes).
